Baguettes, escargots, the Eiffel Tower and cigarettes? Yes I will have a cigarette avec my coffee in the morning, thank you.

France holds a special place in my heart because the first time I visited the country was torn apart then brought together by a terrorist attack in 2015, and yes I was in lockdown for 70% of my first visit to Paris… This first experience was unique, but also showed me the solitude and strength of France. I was brought to Paris a second time to live there for a university exchange program for several months in 2016, again during more attacks on the country.
